Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Founders Club affiliate program (the "Program"), operated by Sanklad Digital Ltd. ("Sanklad", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales and based in Coventry, United Kingdom. By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment & eligibility

You must apply and be approved to join the Program. We may accept or reject any application, and approve or remove any Affiliate, at our discretion. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and payment details, and for any taxes due on commissions you earn.

2. Referral links & tracking

On approval you receive a unique referral link (and/or promo code). Referrals are tracked by our affiliate platform, Partli, which records a click and attributes a sale when a referred visitor purchases within the 60-day attribution (cookie) window. Only sales correctly tracked by Partli are eligible for commission. We are not liable for referrals that fail to track due to a visitor blocking cookies, using a different device or browser, or clearing their cookies before purchasing.

3. Commissions

We pay 30% commission on qualifying sales of Founders Club memberships made through your tracked referral link, attributed within the 60-day cookie window. A sale qualifies only when payment clears and is retained beyond the refund period. Commission is calculated on the net amount actually paid (excluding taxes, fees, and any discounts), and applies to the one-time membership purchase only — not to any separate subscriptions a customer later buys from the bundled apps.

4. Refunds, chargebacks & clawbacks

If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the related commission is void and may be deducted (clawed back) from your current or future balance. Commissions only become payable after the 30-day refund window has passed for the underlying sale.

5. Payment

Commissions are paid out once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold set in the Program, on the payout schedule and via the method shown in your affiliate dashboard. You are solely responsible for any income or other taxes on your earnings. We may withhold or delay payment where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

6. How you may promote

You agree to promote the Founders Club lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. You must:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, as required by law (e.g. FTC, ASA, or local advertising rules).
• Make only accurate claims about the Founders Club and the tools it includes.
• Keep your own site, content, and audience lawful and appropriate.

7. Prohibited practices

You must not:

• Self-refer, or generate referrals through your own purchases, fake accounts, incentivized clicks, cookie-stuffing, or any artificial or fraudulent activity.
• Bid on our brand names or trademarks (or close variants/misspellings) in paid search, or run ads that impersonate us or send traffic directly via your affiliate link.
• Register domains, social handles, or app names containing our trademarks, or pose as an official Founders Club channel.
• Send spam (email, SMS, messaging, or comments), or promote on sites with illegal, hateful, adult, or infringing content.
• Offer unauthorized rebates, coupons, or cashback, or misrepresent pricing, discounts, or the deal.

Breaching this section voids affected commissions and may result in removal from the Program.

8. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our name, logo, and approved marketing assets solely to promote the Founders Club under these Terms. You gain no other rights in our intellectual property, and this license ends when your participation ends.

9. Relationship of the parties

You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer. These Terms create no employment or agency relationship, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

10. Term & termination

Either party may end participation in the Program at any time, for any reason. On termination your referral links are deactivated and your license to our marks ends. Validly earned, unpaid commissions that are past the refund window and above the payout threshold remain payable, except where terminated for fraud or breach, in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Program is provided "as is". We make no guarantee of any minimum earnings, traffic, or conversion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Program is limited to the commissions payable to you in the three months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms or the Program (including commission rates and the attribution window) at any time. Changes apply going forward and are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
