We want the Founders Club to be a clear win for you. Every membership is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. The guarantee
If you're not happy with your membership for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your payment in full. No forms, no friction — we'd rather have happy members than hold onto a payment.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to purchase, with the subject "Refund". That's it — you don't need to explain why.
3. How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Once a refund is issued, your membership ends and the license keys and discount codes provisioned to you are deactivated.
- Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund after we issue it.
4. After 30 days
Because the membership grants lifetime licenses and codes that are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable after the 30-day window. If something isn't working, though, contact us — we'll always try to make it right. This 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
5. Member-discounted Apps
Some Apps in the bundle are offered as a member discount and bill you separately under their own terms. Refunds for those App subscriptions are handled by the App under its own refund policy. This Refund Policy covers your one-time Founders Club membership fee.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in revocation of all provisioned credentials.
