Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Founders Club (the "Service") at founderkit.club, operated by Sanklad Digital Ltd. ("Sanklad", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales and based in Coventry, United Kingdom. By purchasing a membership or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Founders Club is

The Founders Club is a one-time membership that bundles access to a set of software products (the "Apps"). Some Apps are included as a lifetime license and others as a permanent member discount on the App's own pricing, as described on the landing page at the time of purchase. The exact split of lifetime versus discounted Apps, and any "coming soon" Apps, are shown on the site and may change over time (see Section 7).

2. Membership & payment

Membership is sold for a single, one-time fee (shown at checkout, in USD) processed through our payment provider, Stripe. There is no recurring charge from the Founders Club. Where an App is offered at a member discount, that App may charge you separately for its own subscription under its own terms; the member discount applies to that App's price.

"Lifetime" means for the operational lifetime of the relevant App, not a guarantee of perpetual existence. If an App is permanently discontinued, your access to that App may end without further obligation, though we will use reasonable efforts to maintain the overall value of your membership.

3. Your account

You must create an account using an accurate email address. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Your membership and the codes issued to you are personal to you.

4. License keys & codes

On purchase we provision a credential for each eligible App — a license key or a discount/ redemption code — shown on your member dashboard and emailed to you. These credentials are single-use, bound to your account/email, and non-transferable. You may not sell, share, sublicense, or publish them. We may revoke credentials in the event of a refund, chargeback, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

5. Third-party Apps

Each App is a separate product with its own terms of service and privacy policy, and your use of each App is governed by those terms. We provide access and provisioning, but we are not responsible for the availability, features, performance, or content of Apps operated by third parties. Some Apps are operated by Sanklad and some by partners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse-engineering of the provisioning system, no attempts to obtain codes you did not pay for, no automated abuse, and no unlawful use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Changes to the bundle

We may add, remove, or substitute Apps in the bundle, and we may launch "coming soon" Apps without committing to a specific date. We will not remove materially all of the value you purchased; where an App leaves the bundle we aim to maintain comparable value.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service and the Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanklad's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights you may have, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
