Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sanklad Digital Ltd. ("Sanklad", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal data when you use the Founders Club at founderkit.club (the "Service"). Sanklad Digital Ltd. is a company registered in England and Wales, based in Coventry, United Kingdom, and is the data controller for the personal data described here. We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — your email address and name, provided when you sign up (via our authentication provider, Clerk).
  • Order data — your purchase record, amount, and the credentials provisioned to you. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.
  • Feedback content — bug reports, feature/tool requests, comments, votes, and any screenshots you upload to the member feedback portal.
  • Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your membership and member dashboard.
  • To provision license keys and discount codes with the bundled Apps.
  • To send you transactional email (your receipt, dashboard link, and codes).
  • To provide support and respond to your feedback.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

3. Service providers & sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service, with:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Clerk — authentication and account management.
  • MyAgentMail — sending your transactional/fulfillment email.
  • Our hosting provider — application and database hosting.
  • The bundled Apps — when you purchase, we send your email and an order reference to each eligible App so it can issue your license key or discount code. Each App processes that data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not place personal data in URL parameters or share it with recipients you have not authorized.

4. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK (for example, in the EEA or the United States). Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to protect it.

5. Cookies

We use only the essential cookies required for authentication and to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your account, order, and feedback data for as long as your membership is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your data (subject to records we must retain by law).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. Provisioning secrets and credentials are stored securely and never exposed publicly. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
